The Refund Policy along with other policies available on our platform forms a legally binding agreement between the player and Bluboy Entertainments Private Limited (“Bluboy” “Our”, “We”, “Us”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING ANY MOBILE GAMES OR/AND USING THE Bluboy PLATFORM.
If You do not agree with any part of these Refund Policy, kindly refrain from playing any Mobile Games or otherwise using Our services on the platform.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation:
- A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible.
- The player acknowledges that subject to time taken for bank reconciliations and such other external dependencies that Bluboy has on third parties, any transactions on Bluboy platform may take up to 72 hours to be processed. Any amount paid or transferred into the player's 'unutilized' account or winnings account may take up to 72 hours to reflect in the player's 'unutilized' account or winnings account balance. Similarly, the utilization of the cash bonus or money debited from 'unutilized' account or winnings account may take up to 72 hours to reflect in the player's 'unutilized' account or winnings account balance. players agree not to raise any complaint or claim against Bluboy in respect of any delay, including any lost opportunity to join any contest or tournament due to delay in crediting of transaction amount for the respective purposes.
- Bluboy may in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the player after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of the transaction, players may also be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. To the extent that the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that is conflicting with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of an error in our services, we may refund the paid designated amount after conducting a genuine investigation to verify and confirm the reasons.
- Prior to participation, please review the rules of each game and tournament.
- Registrations cannot be cancelled once entered, except under exceptional circumstances where the fault lies with the payment gateway or Bluboy. In such cases, upon player’s request made within 24hrs, we will cancel player’s participation and refund the designated amount within a reasonable timeframe.
- If we cancel your participation in a mobile game or tournament, we will refund the designated amount within a reasonable timeframe, allowing you to utilize it by participating in other tournaments on Bluboy.
- We strive to provide the best player experience. Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, and refunds for payments made through a payment gateway will be returned to the source account.
- players are required to utilize any funds in their Bluboy account within 365 days. Bluboy reserves the right to directly forfeit any unused amount after 365 days. Cash withdrawal against idle balances in a player's Bluboy account is not permitted, except as allowed by applicable law.
- Only those players who successfully completed KYC verification shall be permitted to withdraw the winnings.
- All prizes are subject to taxes and will be deducted as per the prevailing laws in India.
- Player hereby agrees and acknowledges that in any circumstance, player shall not assert any claim for damages or any other form of monetary or non-monetary compensation against Bluboy, including but not limited to instances where any game, for which player has subscribed or paid, is called off or cancelled due to errors or shortcomings in the platform, in which case the player shall solely be entitled to the specific amount paid or subscribed for the game or contest, and no additional sum shall be granted.
- All or any disputes arising out of or touching upon or in relation to this agreement including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the parties shall be settled through arbitration. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) or any statutory amendments/modifications thereto for the time being in force.
- The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Hyderabad, Telangana by a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by Bluboy and whose decision shall be final and binding upon all the parties. The venue and seat of arbitration will be at Hyderabad of Telangana State. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be in English.
- The player and Bluboy agree that any cause of action arising out of the player’s use of the platform must be commenced within 3 (three) months after the cause of action accrues or the player becomes aware of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, whichever is later. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
- This agreement may be subjected to modifications and in case of such changes or modifications player will be informed and a new agreement will be entered between player and Bluboy.
